JOL Healthcare, Inc. is a female founded, privately owned, and locally operated home health and hospice company headquartered in central Texas.

Founded in 2013 on "a hope and a prayer" and an unwavering belief that families deserved better, occupational therapist, president & CEO, Sarah Files assembled a team of leaders, clinicians & staff that shared in that vision. Now an established and quickly growing health care company, we haven’t lost our start up spirit, and we’re proud of that.
