Misión
The need for hospice or palliative care services marks a change in how patients look at their lives moving forward. Our philosophy is to approach that change as a celebration of life and an opportunity to enjoy the time they have left. That’s how Crossroads reshapes and improves end-of-life care services in a unique (and even fun) way.
Acerca de
"Expect more from us, we do." This is the mantra of our hospice. We offer state of the art care for patients and their families. We are looking for volunteers both in the office and to see patients nearing the end of life. Card games or a conversations are small gestures, but can make an immeasurable difference for a patient.
