PACE Equity was formed to implement energy conservation projects in the commercial marketplace and to promote sustainability in the built environment. The PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) program is a unique financing tool that addresses long-standing obstacles and has opened up a remarkable opportunity to finance retrofits of commercial buildings.
PACE Equity takes advantage of the savings afforded by PACE tax assessments to enable green building improvements. Projects result in a comparatively low-cost equity investment in the property to improve the net operating income of the building.
