Stand Together, Screen Together – Volunteer for a Community Cancer Awareness Day

Stand Together, Screen Together is a free, family-friendly community wellness event focused on early breast and prostate cancer detection, health equity, and healing.

We’re calling on compassionate, service-minded individuals to help us bring this life-saving event to life.

Volunteer Roles Available:

• Event setup/breakdown crew
• Registration and welcome team
• Support for medical/screening stations (non-clinical)
• Wellness zone support (yoga, therapy, holistic stations)
• Hospitality and food station support
• Raffle and giveaway team
• Kids’ zone activity leads
• Floaters and runner support
• Photographers and social media content volunteers
• Volunteers will be facilitating the setup with vendors for the outdoor activities, as well as preparing the banners for the Survivor Wall. The Bridge Builders Alliance Group has kindly taken care of the catering, beverages, and champagne for mimosas. We've also secured a DJ and entertainment for the event.

• Build community, gain event experience, and make a lasting impact
• Volunteers will receive orientation, refreshments, and service hour documentation

Who Can Volunteer?

• Individuals, families, students, faith groups, community organizations
• Ages 16+ (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
