The Kopp Foundation for Diabetes (KFD) is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to fighting for innovation, equity, and leadership in the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) community. Founded to empower young leaders, KFD brings together students, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to drive change through advocacy, education, fundraising, and groundbreaking projects.
