    What You'll Do

    • Oversee and coordinate comprehensive health services for children in care, ensuring timely access to medical, dental, and public health services
    • Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and oversight of daily responsibilities
    • Develop and deliver training on medical, dental, and public health procedures and protocols
    • Coordinate post-release healthcare to maintain continuity of care for children transitioning out of the program and access to health interpretation and translation services as needed
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate holistic care
    • Monitor compliance with health regulations and organizational standards
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

    What You'll Bring To The Table

    • License Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's or higher related qualification (e.g, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
    • Minimum of 1 year of employment in public health or a healthcare setting
    • Demonstrated experience in care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care.
    • Supervisory experience in a healthcare or related environment (Preferred)
    • Active clinical license to provide services in the state where care is located
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Pay: 88,000 -90,000k

    Expected hours of work: 37.5
