City of Richmond's Impact Volunteering Program

Since launching in February 2013, the City of Richmond's impact volunteering program, Richmond ESC (Excellence Serving our Community) has engaged and partnered with nearly 600 service champions who have volunteered to address some of Richmond's most pressing needs. Richmond ESC is committed to connecting volunteers to meaningful service opportunities; empowering residents to beautify and revitalize their neighborhoods; and engaging residents to support the educational and healthy development of youth.
