Foothills Regional Housing

Foothills Regional Housing "FRH" is a prominent real estate developer, manager, and program administrator for affordable housing. Our mission is to create vibrant, stable, communities, in areas of opportunity, via bold and strategic initiatives and to provide families and individuals with housing options driven by compassion and respect throughout Jefferson County.

We currently operate 21 affordable housing communities with new developments in the pipeline. We also administer over 1,700 Housing Choice Vouchers and additional Mainstream/NED vouchers, EHV, and FYI vouchers. Additionally, we offer Emergency Home Repair assistance to low-income homeowners.
