Penn Elementary School - Chicago Public Schools

Penn Elementary School proudly serves the North Lawndale community. Out of approximately 400 elementary schools, we have been identified by Chicago Public Schools own metrics as one of the top 10 to 15 most in need schools in the city. Despite our humble resources and our high needs, we intend to lead Penn to be Chicago's premier elementary school, where all children thrive academically and burn with moral clarity. We believe that through grit, hard work, correct actions, and community spirit, we can transcend economic limitations and prevailing stereotypes to unearth and develop the innate greatness in our children. We are seeking extraordinary volunteers to join us this vital work, and we invite you to join in our efforts.
