Get Healthy South Salt Lake is a collective impact program that brings together the greater Salt Lake community to meet the basic needs of South Salt Lake residents. GH provides one-on-one resource referral and assistance to our clients through local, volunteer-run resource desks. By connecting people to the resources they need, we empower our community and set healthy patterns of living for future generations.
