Baltimore City Council - District 1

Councilmember Cohen’s office represents one of Baltimore’s most culturally diverse districts: Baltimore’s First District. We serve our constituents by advocating on their behalf when city agencies require oversight; collaborating with neighborhoods to address local needs and support neighborhood initiatives; and passing progressive legislation that looks towards the future. Our mission is to empower residents to grow Baltimore in a way that is inclusive, equitable, and sustainable.
