Misión
Established in 1985 as a core program of Placer County Library, Placer Adult Literacy Service (PALS) assists the Placer County Library in fostering the love of reading and learning.
• PALS connects people who want to learn to read or improve their literacy skills with one-on-one tutors who can help.
• PALS works to improve digital literacy by teaching computer skills and the safe use of social media.
• PALS inspires families to nurture a love of reading and life-long learning in their children.
