    • Maintain documentation of supervision sessions and student progress as required by the students’ academic institutions.
    • Provide feedback and evaluations (mid- and end-of semester) for students’ field placements in coordination with their academic programs reporting on each student for the college using an online system.
    • Participate in orientation and training sessions for student interns and staff as needed.
    • Serve as a liaison between CUNY K16 Initiatives and the students’ schools of social work.
    • Ensure compliance with New York State Office of the Professions regulations regarding supervision.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
    • Current LMSW or LCSW license in New York State.
    • Completion of the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) course.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in educational settings or with youth-focused programs.
    • Familiarity with CUNY systems or NYC public education.
