The Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality (AACRE) network was launched in 2014 to focus on long-term movement building, capacity infrastructure, and leadership support for Asian Americans committed to social justice. There are currently 11 partnering member groups with unique strengths. Fiscal sponsorship, administrative, and operational support is provided centrally for all of these groups so they can focus on their core programs.
The Finance Coordinator supports AACRE’s financial operations by managing key accounts receivable activities and assisting with core accounting processes. This role helps prepare contract invoices, supports fund accounting through expense tracking and release postings, and ensures accurate recording of daily deposits and donor contributions. The Finance Coordinator maintains organized financial records, monitors outstanding receivables, and communicates important revenue information to program and development teams. Additionally, the role aids the monthly close by gathering essential financial documents and coordinating information needed for timely reporting.
