Executive Director

Voices JH is hiring an Executive Director to lead our work connecting and supporting the multicultural communities of the Teton region. The Executive Director is the chief steward and strategic leader of the organization, responsible for overseeing its culture, programming, impact model, financial sustainability, and team. The Executive Director is also the organization's primary fundraiser.

We are seeking an experienced leader who is excited to steward a young organization, support a skilled, passionate staff, expand our income streams, and, along with the Board, grow our fundraising capabilities. Required experience includes 5+ years of nonprofit leadership, working with or on a nonprofit Board of Directors, leading diverse teams and successful fundraising, including demonstrated success in major gift solicitation. The ideal fit for this role is someone joyfully at home in a multi-cultural community, fluent in English, and at least conversational in Spanish.

The salary for this position is $115,000-125,000 depending on experience. Voices JH is a flexible workplace combining remote work with Jackson-based meetings and events.
