About the Role: We are looking for an exceptional Coach Manager who is energized to support the hiring, reflective growth, and skills development of a team of peer coaches who offer loving, culturally-reverent care to our community members.
In the first few months of the role, you will be offering peer coaching to birthing parents, improving our training guide, hiring peer coaches, and co-developing resources for our birthing parents.
As your team grows, your role will evolve to include creating a structured, reflective supervision practice for peer coaches. This includes building in regular opportunities for reflective dialogue, feedback loops and practice-based learning and skills development that helps coaches continuously integrate Our Roots’ coaching framework into their work. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you’ll co-create the systems, practices, and team culture that allow coaches, and the birthing parents they support to experience joy, growth, and transformation during the perinatal period.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience with reflective supervision, a demonstrated commitment to nurturing emerging leaders through strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches, previous experience at a mission-driven startup, and strong peer coaching skills.

This is a full-time exempt salaried position. The salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 and is commensurate with your location and experience.
