About the Justice Resource Center.
The Justice Resource Center (JRC) is a leading law-related education and civic ed provider. The JRC is a public/private partnership established in 1991, whose mandate is to develop, implement, replicate and evaluate law-related education projects which impact positively on the school-age population in the United States. Originating in New York City, the focus has expanded to the national and international level.
As a leading law-related education and civic ed provider, we offer programs geared to a diverse school-age population representing great disparate ethnic, racial, and socio-economic groups, enabling students to learn about the functions of government, their roles and responsibilities as citizens, and to develop a heightened respect for the law.
Serving as a clearinghouse for effective projects, the JRC administers and/or facilitates twenty-three different programs that include but are not limited to Mock Trial, Moot Court, Law Days, court visits, Bill of Rights competitions, Public Policy programs, role plays of Supreme Court cases, internships, work-based learning experiences, Judiciary and Arts programs and teacher professional development.
Position Overview
The program manager would need to be a self-starter, taking the initiative to see a project from start to finish. Mock Trial, Moot Court and the Judiciary and the Arts would be the initial assignments with the understanding that the program manager would assist with other program managers as needed.

The program manager would work directly under the Executive Director and the Executive Assistant.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate 4-year degree and 2 years prior experience in schools, operations or administration in public, non-profit or govt agencies.
Preferred background in education, or public policy.
Must demonstrate project management skills, collaborating with a team, and effectively managing stakeholders.
Fluent in various digital and software programs (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Justice Resource Center offers a compensation package, with a salary range determined by years of experience, skills, and abilities.
