Job Title: Grants Administrator
Report to: Chief Development Officer
Status and Location: This is a Full-time, non-exempt position, working an average of 37.5 hours a week. Work is currently Hybrid with cycles of in-person work required at our offices located in Central Los Angeles and non-traditional hours (weekends and/or outside of 8:00 am-5 pm) based on program and business needs.

About the Role
The Grants Administrator will report to the Chief Development Officer and play an integral role in the Development team, which is collectively responsible for securing funds. The Grants Administrator will conduct prospect research, oversee the department’s grants calendar, draft letters of inquiry and proposals, complete interim and final reports, and work collaboratively with other staff to raise funds and steward foundation relationships.
The Grants Administrator must be self-directed and capable of working independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about research, writing, and community impact. They should be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create grant budgets, and graphs and charts that are visually impactful within proposals. In addition, the Grant Administrator must be proficient with donor CRM platforms.
