    About LCCRSF

As one of the West Coast’s longest-standing civil rights organizations, LCCRSF has been fighting oppression and racism since 1968—working toward a society that is truly just and equitable.

Born out of the Civil Rights Movement, we stand with historically vulnerable communities, immigrants, and refugees—advancing their rights through litigation, advocacy, and direct legal support.

Our work is sustained by our dedicated staff, alongside legal fellows, 1,000+ pro bono attorneys, and committed volunteers—all united in the pursuit of justice.

We’re in this for the long haul. By caring for ourselves and our communities, we remain fierce in the fight for Racial Justice, Immigrant Justice, and Economic Justice. Learn more at lccrsf.org.
