The Community Engagement Manager will focus on cultivating meaningful relationships, facilitating inclusive programming, and building trust within Keystone’s ecosystem and the surrounding community.

    Position Focus and Approach

    • Inside CoLAB – Ensure individuals and organizations utilizing Keystone’s space have a welcoming, responsive, and resourceful experience.
    • Around the District – Build relationships with organizations located in and around the Keystone Innovation District footprint to foster connection and collaboration.
    • Community at Large – Engage with neighborhood and community-based organizations near Keystone to ensure inclusive participation and representation in programming and opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary community contact and relationship manager for CoLAB members, program participants, partners, and local organizations.
    • Ensure inclusive and welcoming experiences for all individuals using Keystone spaces and programs.
    • Develop and maintain regular communication channels (in-person, email, social media, etc.) with internal and external community stakeholders.
    • Support the planning and execution of programming and events, including those held during evenings and weekends.
    • Coordinate partner and community-based organization use of Keystone spaces and facilitate their programming needs.
    • Build relationships with neighborhood associations, civic groups, and frontline organizations within the immediate vicinity of Keystone.
    • Track engagement metrics and provide regular reports on community participation and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Programming teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and experiences.

    Schedule & Work Expectations

This position will require a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Keystone community. Approximately 50% of work will take place during traditional weekday business hours, and 50% will occur during evenings and weekends to support programming, events, and partner activities.
