What You’ll Do

As Director of Finance, you'll provide leadership for the organization's finance and human resources functions while serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include:

• • Leading the annual operating and capital budgeting process
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, forecasts, and financial analyses
  • Presenting financial information to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors
  • Overseeing accounting operations, payroll, cash management, investments, and internal controls
  • Coordinating and overseeing the annual audit
  • Partnering with department leaders on budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Supervising finance and HR staff while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence

What You Bring

• • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
  • 2+ years in an accounting or finance leadership role
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization and follow-through
