Summary
The Associate Director of Home and Community Supports provides high-level operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This role focuses on the internal mechanics of the program: supervising direct support professionals (DSPs), ensuring regulatory compliance, and translating the Director’s strategic growth outcomes into actionable daily workflows. The Associate Director steps in for the Director in their absence and serves as a primary point of contact for complex clinical or operational issues.

Physical Environment/Working Conditions
Routine office environment. Frequent independent travel. While performing this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions when in the community with individuals. This is a Full-time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible position. This position is full-time and
you will receive a starting wage of $22.00 per hour, subject to deductions for taxes and other
required withholdings. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. All new employees are
subject to a 90-day introductory period. Upon completion of your first 90 days of employment,
your supervisor will provide you with an Introductory Review. Your compensation is inclusive of
the offering of the following benefits starting the first of the month following 60 days of full
time employment.
Additional Benefits include, Vacation, Sick, Personal Holidays.
Vacation time begins to accrue from the first of the month, the month after the employee is
hired. An employee must successfully complete the entire introductory period before vacation
time may be taken. Vacation time is calculated on a “benefit year”- the 12-month period that
begins when the employee starts to earn time.
