    Director of Institutional Giving

Treehouse Foundation, a Massachusetts based nonprofit with national recognition for its innovative, intergenerational community living model that addresses child welfare, loneliness in aging populations, and affordable housing, is seeking a full-time Senior Director of Institutional Giving to lead and expand a portfolio of institutional funders and secure support for Treehouse’s programmatic work and capital expansion projects.

This is a benefits eligible, full-time non-exempt hybrid position that will require 40 hours of work per week during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to 115,000, commensurate with experience.

    ABOUT TREEHOUSE FOUNDATION

Our vision: Every child rooted in family and community. For 20 years Treehouse has worked to transform child welfare. Treehouse is an award-winning, fast-growing nonprofit focused on supporting drive innovation at the local, state, and national levels to create better lives for children and youth who have lived in foster care.

With Treehouse Foundation's nationally recognized intergenerational community living model, three generations thrive in one intentionally designed neighborhood, supporting each other as community members with the help of on-site staff, programs and services. Our first neighborhood opened in Easthampton, MA in 2006. Treehouse at Olmsted Village in Mattapan, Boston will welcome members in 2028. A third community is being planned for Worcester, MA while national expansion planning to six sites by 2030 are underway.
