    Drive Marketing & Home Sales

      • Coordinate marketing campaigns for new homeownership opportunities
      • Guide applicants through the homebuying process from application to closing
      • Ensure a smooth and supportive experience for prospective buyers

    Advance Housing Development Efforts

      • Support a pipeline of affordable housing projects
      • Collaborate with cities, developers, and community partners
      • Help bring new projects from concept to completion

    Contribute to Organizational Growth

      • Partner with the Executive Director and team on strategic initiatives
      • Co-supervise office operations
      • Contribute to fundraising and program development efforts

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree

      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Preferred:

      • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
      • Experience in nonprofit, housing, or government sectors
      • Background in marketing, outreach, or community engagement

    Compensation & Benefits

      • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision
      • SEP retirement plan with employer contributions
      • Paid time off and holidays
      • Hybrid schedule after initial training

    Work Environment

      • Based in Petaluma, CA with local travel across Sonoma and Napa Counties
      • Combination of office work, remote work, and site visits
