Descripción
The Development Coordinator provides essential implementation support for donor engagement, communications, events, and development operations. This role ensures that all stewardship, messaging, and donor experience activities are executed with consistency and excellence.
Responsibilities include:
Communications and Marketing
- Periodic website updates
- Social media account management
- Print media creation
Events & Fundraising
- Attend community engagement activities
- Coordinate and support donor and foundation events, receptions, and meetings
- Coordinate quarterly mailings
- Manage logistics for fundraising campaigns, including third-party fundraisers and North Texas Giving Day
Donor Stewardship
- Donor acknowledgment and stewardship communications, including calls, handwritten notes, and letters
- Coordinate donor recognition efforts
- Record keeping for donation and stewardship efforts
- Distribute annual contribution statements
