This role sits at the intersection of organizing, communications, and development and is ideal for an early-career digital organizer who understands that digital is not just about content — it’s about mobilization.

The Digital Mobilization Organizer will execute email, SMS, and digital campaigns that drive turnout, advocacy action, fundraising engagement, and deeper member participation.

    • Support retention and re-engagement strategies

    Content & Social Media Support

    • Create and publish digital content across social media platforms
    • Support campaign messaging consistency across channels
    • Create accessible, compelling digital graphics and campaign materials

    Digital Fundraising

    • Support digital fundraising campaigns and online giving appeals
    • Partner with Development to engage and convert supporters into donors
    • Execute fundraising communications connected to campaigns and events

    Data & Optimization

    • Track digital performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, turnout)
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and action conversion
    • Share campaign learnings across teams

    Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of experience in digital organizing, advocacy, communications, or campaign work
    • Experience with email and/or SMS tools (EveryAction, Hustle, Action Network, or similar)
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to move people to action
    • Comfort with supporter databases and campaign metrics
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Commitment to racial, economic, and housing justice

    Preferred (Not Required)

    • Experience in community organizing or movement spaces
    • Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe)
    • Experience supporting fundraising campaigns

    • Growth in CVH’s digital supporter base
    • Strong email and SMS engagement rates
    • Increased supporter-to-member conversion
    • Strong digital fundraising participation
    • Effective cross-team collaboration that strengthens campaigns
