The Associate will play a vital role in supporting the growth and effectiveness of our movement by helping organize, track, and communicate our work. This person will work closely with our Executive Director, Felipe Witchger, to translate conversations, meetings, and insights into systems that strengthen relationships and increase our collective impact.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Organization (30%)
- Capture and organize meeting notes and insights from Felipe into our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Support data migration and clean-up projects to better track relationships with investors, philanthropists, and partners.
- Develop systems and reports that help the team visualize and analyze relationship data and fundraising opportunities.
- Join short (10–15 minute) daily or every-other-day check-ins with Felipe to capture new updates and priorities.
Fundraising & Communications Support (30%)
- Assist with targeted fundraising outreach, using data and tools to help make thoughtful, strategic asks.
- Help draft, format, and send mail-merge emails using segmented contact lists.
- Support content creation and posting (especially video and thought leadership pieces) on LinkedIn and other community platforms.
- Collaborate on refining key messages for different audience segments.
Alumni & Program Engagement (20%)
- Support bi-monthly alumni programming, coordinating with volunteer facilitators and helping them bring their vision to life.
- Help track alumni participation and engagement across events and communications.
Workshop Support (20%)
- Support onboarding for workshop participants (2–4 per year), including technical setup on Discourse and mailing books and materials.
- Help make Discourse more interactive and engaging for participants.
- Assist with communications for workshop leaders and presenters.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized and tech-comfortable; enjoys creating order and clarity.
- Familiar with or eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple small projects, and following through.
- Excited by the intersection of faith, impact investing, and social transformation.
- A patient, grounded collaborator who enjoys supporting a visionary leader and translating ideas into systems and action.
Position: Associate (Part-Time, Contract)
Hours: 5–10 hours per week
Compensation: $35–$75/hour (depending on experience)
Initial Term: 3-month trial period, with potential for renewal
Reports to: Executive Director, Felipe Witchger
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
