This is an excellent opportunity for someone early- to mid-career who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and enjoys playing a versatile “right hand” role supporting communications, data organization, and project coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    CRM & Data Organization (30%)

    • Capture and organize meeting notes and insights from Felipe into our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
    • Support data migration and clean-up projects to better track relationships with investors, philanthropists, and partners.
    • Develop systems and reports that help the team visualize and analyze relationship data and fundraising opportunities.
    • Join short (10–15 minute) daily or every-other-day check-ins with Felipe to capture new updates and priorities.

    Fundraising & Communications Support (30%)

    • Assist with targeted fundraising outreach, using data and tools to help make thoughtful, strategic asks.
    • Help draft, format, and send mail-merge emails using segmented contact lists.
    • Support content creation and posting (especially video and thought leadership pieces) on LinkedIn and other community platforms.
    • Collaborate on refining key messages for different audience segments.

    Alumni & Program Engagement (20%)

    • Support bi-monthly alumni programming, coordinating with volunteer facilitators and helping them bring their vision to life.
    • Help track alumni participation and engagement across events and communications.

    Workshop Support (20%)

    • Support onboarding for workshop participants (2–4 per year), including technical setup on Discourse and mailing books and materials.
    • Help make Discourse more interactive and engaging for participants.
    • Assist with communications for workshop leaders and presenters.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Highly organized and tech-comfortable; enjoys creating order and clarity.
    • Familiar with or eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
    • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple small projects, and following through.
    • Excited by the intersection of faith, impact investing, and social transformation.
    • A patient, grounded collaborator who enjoys supporting a visionary leader and translating ideas into systems and action.
