Descripción
The Program and Marketing Coordinator position requires an interest and experience in early childhood and arts education, computer fluency, excellent writing skills, a high level of organization, attention to detail, and superb communication skills. The main responsibilities include sales and class registrations, welcoming students and families, organizing schedules and other school documents and files, creating and distributing school promotional emails, fliers and social media posts under the supervision of the Director, event coordination with other staff, coordinating classes and schedules, and other administrative duties. Applicants must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible to changing dynamics. They should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team and independently. Applicants must feel comfortable being directly hands-on with children of all ages and love working with families and children. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in arts administration or marketing. Candidates must have experience working with Word, DropBox, MyEmma, Constant Contact or similar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Shutterfly, Facebook and Instagram, Canva, Adobe, and Wordpress.
90 day probationary period paid at $27.00 an hour on open/working days.
School Year Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45-5:00
Summer Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30
After 90 day probationary period, the salary for this full-time position is $57,000.
