What We Seek:
We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Project Manager, Change & Technology to support the successful delivery of technology initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and business operations. This position serves as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience managing complex technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting organizational change management efforts. They possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
What We Require:
The successful candidate will lead and support technology projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and close-out. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, this individual will help define project objectives, maintain project plans and timelines, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure clear communication throughout each phase of the project. The role requires the ability to facilitate meetings, coordinate cross-functional activities, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
In addition, the Project Manager, Change & Technology will support organizational change management efforts associated with new technologies, systems, and processes. This includes coordinating testing, training, documentation, and business readiness activities to promote successful adoption and long-term sustainability of project outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance practices, and project management best practices. A commitment to collaboration, customer service, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results is essential.
The minimum education and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Science, Business, or related experience.
- 3–5 years of experience managing technology projects or related roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, maintaining consistency, organization and pay close attention to detail.
- Collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification, preferred but not required.
- Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP, preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
- Experience managing complex technology projects with multiple workstreams.
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within nonprofit, higher education, advancement, or fundraising environments.
Compensation Salary Range:
The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. This range is an estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, consideration of any approved geographic salary differential, and alignment with internal equity guidelines to ensure consistency across similar roles.

- Operating Hours from 8:00am – 5pm (MST)
- Weekend availability for some positions
