POSITION SUMMARY
Do you take pride in clean, functional spaces? Are you the kind of person who notices when the hallway needs sweeping, the bathroom’s low on supplies, or the light bulb’s about to go? We’re looking for a part-time Facilities Assistant to help care for the buildings that make up the Watershed/Equinox universe—spaces that support hundreds of artists, makers, and creative entrepreneurs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and invested in the well-being of shared community space. You’ll be responsible for keeping bathrooms clean, halls tidy, supplies stocked, indoor and outdoor common areas clean and welcoming.
