Job Summary
AIUSA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Process Design Consultant for a short-term engagement to lead the assessment, redesign, documentation, and implementation of a modernized recruitment operating model and maximize utilization of the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ADP Recruiting Management). Working in close partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders, the consultant will evaluate current recruitment processes, identify opportunities to reduce manual work, standardize and streamline hiring workflows, and implement scalable, system-enabled solutions that improve the experience for candidates, hiring managers, and People & Culture staff.
This engagement is focused on business process transformation enabled by technology, not solely system implementation. While AIUSA has existing recruitment and hiring processes and Standard Operating Procedures, the consultant will assess whether those processes are optimally designed to leverage the capabilities of ADP Recruiting Management and recommend or implement improvements where appropriate. The successful consultant will help establish a sustainable, standardized, and efficient recruitment operating model that fully realizes AIUSA's investment in ADP Recruiting Management and positions the system as the organization's primary recruitment system of record while equipping the internal team to sustain the improvements beyond the engagement.
Key Deliverables
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including the Director of Talent Acquisition, to understand current talent acquisition processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement fit-for-purpose recruitment workflows that fully leverage AIUSA's new Applicant Tracking System (ADP Recruiting Management).
- Review existing recruitment and hiring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop updated SOPs, process maps, templates, and supporting documentation that reflect optimized, standardized, and system-enabled recruitment processes for Talent Acquisition staff and hiring managers.
- Conduct a current-state assessment of recruitment operations to identify manual processes, workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved governance.
- Design and implement a future-state recruitment operating model that improves operational efficiency, enhances the candidate and hiring manager experience, and establishes ADP Recruiting Management as the organization's primary recruitment system of record.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive implementation work plan, including project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and change management activities to support successful adoption of redesigned recruitment processes.
- Partner with People & Culture leadership to establish consistent recruitment governance, including standardized workflows, role clarity, approval processes, service expectations, and reporting practices that support scalable hiring operations.
- Provide knowledge transfer, coaching, and implementation support to ensure the Director of Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders can independently sustain the redesigned recruitment processes and effectively utilize ADP Recruiting Management following the engagement.
