Job Description
The NP/PA is responsible for implementation of School Based Health Center (SBHC) program in a Boston Public School as defined by the Commission in accordance with Massachusetts School Health Regulations. The NP/PA delivers primary care services to students, acts as manager for the site, and collaborates with other members of the Commission SBHC team. The NP/PA establishes and maintains collegial relationships with school administrators, teachers, nurses, and staff and works to improve optimum health and educational outcomes for all students through joint efforts of home, school, clinic, and community. The expanded services will be rendered in addition to, not in lieu of, those currently provided by the school nurse.

Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
3 Days of clinical services at the site
2 Days of admin support work with the program director.
Grant Funding Information
This position is partially dependent on grants / external funding sources.
Pay Range
$31.99 to $47.24 hourly; depending on experience
