Eliot Unitarian Chapel is a liberal congregation bound by courageous love, growing in spirit and inspiring compassionate action. We support and engage in issues that tend to align with liberal and progressive values. We affirm all sexual orientations and genders. We are also active in supporting abortion rights in our state, with our minister having a very public presence regarding the issue. Our social justice issues are focused on environmental sustainability, immigration reform, racial justice and voting rights. A successful candidate will embrace serving a congregation with these priorities. We offer a family-friendly workplace to help our employees find a good work/life balance.

We are seeking to support a diverse work culture that closely matches the diversity of our larger community. We seek applicants from all backgrounds to ensure we get the best, most creative talent on our team.

    Position Summary

The Director of Business Administration (DBA) is a member of the senior staff team and serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees.
