Schedule: Primarily weekends; some weekdays possible, schedule based on bookings. Engagements are coordinated in advance based on tour and event needs.

About PWC
The Pilipino Workers Center of Southern California (PWC) aims to secure the dignity and safety
of the Pilipinx community in Southern California and build labor leaders in the domestic worker
industry. PWCSC, founded in 1997, has been organizing homecare workers for social justice,
economic justice and dignity for more than two decades, and has offices and operates in Los
Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego. PWCSC also operates a national anti-labor
trafficking program that serves survivors in 26 states. Originally founded to address the
substandard working conditions and wage theft experienced by mostly immigrant Pilipinx
homecare workers in Southern California, PWC builds power to advance fundamental shifts in
the care economy that benefit the immigrant domestic and care workforce as an affiliate of the
National Domestic Workers Alliance and the California Domestic Worker Coalition.
Job Summary:
The Cultural Jeepney Driver is an integral part of the popular PWC Historic Filipino (HiFi) Town guided tours and community events. The Cultural Jeepney Driver is dependable, safety-focused, and culturally respectful, while playing an important role in showcasing Filipino heritage while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers. This role is more than driving—it’s about helping bring Filipino history and culture to life in Los Angeles. You will be part of a project that supports cultural awareness, community pride, and meaningful local tourism.
