We are seeking a full-time leave replacement Help Desk Manager to start in September through March. The candidate will report to the Director of IT/IS.
Position Overview
The Help Desk Manager is a resourceful and hands-on professional, providing front-line technical support to faculty, staff, and students. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can independently manage hardware/software troubleshooting, maintain reliable classroom technology, and contribute to our broader IT infrastructure and initiatives.
This position is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in school environments, enjoys solving problems quickly and collaboratively, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time in in-person, exempt temporary position from mid-September to mid-March. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a half-hour paid lunch. Evening and weekend work for special events is required as job duties demand, and will be scheduled in advance.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to maintain the physical capacity necessary to navigate the school environment and ensure the safety of students. The ability to open filing cabinets and bend, sit, or stand for long periods of time, as necessary. Classroom locations vary based on student schedules; this position ascends/descends stairs to and from different rooms in the building.
This role also requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, such as projectors, laptops, and printers, as needed to support daily activities and classroom and office operations.

Annual Salary of $70,000- $90,000 commensurate with education and experience, and prorated for the start and end dates.
