    Position Summary

    The Senior Coordinator, Impact Programs supports Good360’s Impact Programs team by strengthening nonprofit partner engagement, pilot program development, nonprofit member services, and operational execution across the Impact Programs portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring intentional program design, positive nonprofit partner experience, and effective operational support for impactful programs and partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a career in program management within a mission-driven organization. The Senior Coordinator may provide surge support to the Member Services and Nonprofit Development teams, as needed. This position reports to the Senior Director of Impact Programs.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Impact Programs General Support

    • Draft and send partner connection emails, follow-ups, introductions, and scheduling outreach on behalf of Impact Programs
    • Coordinate meeting scheduling, agendas, and basic pre-read materials for partner calls and internal discussions
    • Support coordination of internal initiatives by assisting with documentation, internal handoffs, and tracking of deliverables in Asana where needed
    • Support planning and execution of Impact Programs events including coordination of venue, logistics, materials, and meals

    Focus Area Pilot Program Support

    • Assist with compiling research on potential partners and donors for potential pilot programs
    • Support design and writing of concept notes for pilot programs
    • Assist with planning and execution of pilot programs including, but not limited to, coordination of nonprofit partner needs identification and selection; product procurement; product shipping and inventory tracking; and vendor payments.
    • Support pilot program data tracking and reporting
    • Assist in compiling donor reports, impact stories, and basic program updates using established templates and data sources
    • Coordinate event planning and execution of Focus Area-led events to support brand awareness raising including handling venue, logistics, communication and meals for participants

    Member services support

    • Surge support to the Member Services team as needed, including phone and case support

    Nonprofit Development team support

    • Surge support to the Nonprofit Development team as needed including support to nonprofit registration, research and development

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field
    • 3 years of experience in nonprofit development, program management, communications, or related support roles
    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft external-facing correspondence
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Experience working in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) with strong data accuracy and hygiene practices
    • Research skills and ability to synthesize company and nonprofit industry information
    • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative, service-oriented mindset
    • Interest in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit management, and social impact partnerships
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools and Asana or other Project Management applications

    Salary Range

    $55,000 – $60,000annually

    Note: Compensation is based on a candidate's experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This range is based on Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.

    Work Location

    Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)

    Note: While hybrid is strongly preferred, we are open to considering fully remote candidates residing in CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MN, NE, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV.
