    Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Grants & Program Compliance Coordinator to support our Sound of Silence and Out-of-School Time (OST) programs. This role provides administrative support for our grant-funded programs: tracking deliverables, managing purchasing and invoicing, and coordinating events. You’ll work closely with program staff to make sure our funded work meets reporting requirements and deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Track grant and contract deliverables for Sound of Silence and OST programming, keeping a master calendar of reporting deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
    • Prepare and submit grant reports, pulling data from program staff and existing tracking systems
    • Maintain accurate records of purchasing and invoicing for both programs, including tracking expenses against budget lines and following up on outstanding invoices
    • Coordinate logistics for Sound of Silence school assemblies and parent sessions, and OST events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and materials preparation
    • Support the collection and organization of participant data needed for funder reports and program evaluation
    • Maintain organized digital and physical files for grant agreements, contracts, and compliance documentation
    • Communicate regularly with program staff to track program milestones and flag upcoming deadlines
    • Assist with document preparation, including formatting and proofreading reports, letters, and grant materials
    • Provide general administrative support to the Sound of Silence and OST teams as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in grants administration, contract compliance, or program support in a nonprofit or similarly regulated setting
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across more than one program at once
    • Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic financial tracking (purchasing, invoicing, budget lines)
    • Excellent written communication skills, including attention to detail in reports and correspondence
    • Ability to coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including some evening availability
    • Commitment to Grow Home’s mission of youth development and community-driven change

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field
    • Experience with grant reporting for school-based or youth-serving programs
    • Familiarity with Baltimore City and/or Anne Arundel County school partnerships
    • Experience with CRM or data tracking systems
