The Programs Coordinator is a key player in advancing Swipe Out Hunger’s mission by supporting new and existing initiatives by engaging our growing network of college campuses. Through logistical coordination, community building, and strategic data analysis this role will help our partners receive the tools, resources, and sometimes the inspiration needed to continue the fight against food insecurity on college campuses.
This position is equal parts connector and strategist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail oriented environments. To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills and comfort with technology and systems. We are searching for someone with genuine passion for using data to collaborate on Higher Education interventions and strategies through an equitable and inclusive lens. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make big things happen. From the execution of engaging virtual convenings to streamlining partner data, this role will help further the conversation around college food insecurity.

Compensación
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary of $65,000. Swipe Out Hunger provides a supportive benefits package, including:
- 100% coverage for employee medical, dental, and vision insurance and 25% coverage for dependents or partners.
- 401(k) retirement matching after six months of tenure.
- Flexible work schedule and remote work opportunities.
- Professional development stipend of $500 annually.
- A $400 “Work Comfortably from Home” fund annually.
