Job Overview:
The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing The Forum of Executive Women’s mission by supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of programs, events, and member services. This position works closely with the CEO, Board, Committee Chairs, and staff to ensure high-quality programming, effective committee administration, and meaningful member engagement. The Program Coordinator is also the administrator of two of The Forum’s signature philanthropic initiatives: our Mentoring Program and the Forum Award for Emerging Women Leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while fostering strong relationships with members and stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is $50,000- $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The Forum offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, a retirement savings plan, a paid time off policy, and a professional development stipend.
Location:
This is a remote position, with attendance required at in-person events in the Philadelphia area weekly. Employees are offered membership at a co-working space. Employees must be residents of the Greater Philadelphia area.
