    Reports Compliance Assistant Representative

    Based in Los Angeles, CA

Our members work in film, television, commercials, news, sports, and new media.

    What You’ll Do

    The DGA is currently accepting applications for a Reports Compliance Assistant Representative who will support the DGA’s mission through a variety of administrative functions.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Parse incoming DGA compliance documents.
    • Ensure the accuracy of all reports, transactions, and records.
    • Pursue missing member/non-member deal memos and other Reports Compliance documents as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members and internal departments on the processing of DGA compliance documents.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Demonstrate ability to maintain, evaluate, and adapt to systems and processes as part of a larger team.
    • Ability to take direction from more than one supervisor.
    • Solid skills in math, spelling, grammar, and filing.
    • Meet deadlines
    • Strong work ethics and organization skills.
    • Typing 50wpm.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree or a combination of four years of education and related experience
    • Demonstrate proficiency in PC operating systems, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, OneDrive).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the Entertainment Industry, Labor Relations, and or Collective Bargaining Agreements.
