About the Role
The Program Manager will work closely with the Director of Programs to manage and implement regional and national digital inclusion initiatives across the country. This position will report directly to the Director of Programs, form part of the programs team, and work collaboratively with the cross-functional team. This role does not have any direct reports but will manage multiple contractors that will serve as Digital Skills Instructors.

Compensation and Application Process
The salary range for this position is $66,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. Everyone On offers competitive compensation and a strong benefits package that includes employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, a monthly technology reimbursement, a 3% match on employee retirement contributions, a generous professional development budget, up to 20 days of PTO in your first year, and 11+ paid holidays each year.
