    ABOUT HFNY

For over 30 years, Hope For New York (HFNY) has served as New York’s Coalition of Hope, bringing nonprofits, churches, workplaces and everyday New Yorkers together to show kindness and compassion to their neighbors in need. Our Coalition of Hope strengthens nonprofits, leaders, and communities on the frontlines with resources and connections that shatter scarcity and amplify impact.

HFNY invests in a diverse array of community-based nonprofits by providing grants, training, hands-on support, and volunteers to nearly 80 vetted, faith-based nonprofits across the five boroughs — building up their capacity to lead with excellence and serve more New Yorkers in need. We offer hundreds of volunteer opportunities for individuals, workplaces, and churches — working closely with our nonprofit partners to ensure New Yorkers not only bring hope to their neighbors in need, but tangibly experience it too.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mobilization Team at HFNY is committed to mobilizing volunteers, donors and churches to give and serve generously towards our HFNY non profit partners in order to further strengthen their work in our city. The VP is part of the HFNY Leadership Team and will help inform the overall strategic direction of the organization.
