Survivor Justice Center is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all aspects of the Center’s accounting functions, guide financial decisions, identify and mitigate financial risk, and safeguard the organization’s financial health. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning and budgeting, directing ledger accounts, preparing financial statements and forecasts, overseeing employee payroll, developing and implementing all accounting policies and procedures, coordinating audit activities, and managing banking relationships. This position is an integral member of Survivor Justice Center’s executive team, reports to the Executive Director, and contributes directly to the implementation of organizational goals and objectives.

Annual salary for this full-time exempt position ranges from $125,000 to $135,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
