Based in Washington, DC, we conduct work throughout the Americas in partnership with leading institutions in areas of crucial importance, such as democracy, migration, the energy transition, security, education, and the region’s relationship with the rest of the world, particularly Asia.
Job Description:
The Inter-American Dialogue is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented professional to join its team. The Development Manager will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy to enhance support from individuals, corporations, and foundations in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. They will work closely with the organization’s president, senior leadership team, and other key stakeholders to strengthen fundraising programs to enhance revenue. The successful candidate will be an innovative and proactive fundraiser who can identify opportunities for support.

Starting salary range is US$80,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
