SUMMARY
The Academy at Glengary, Inc., is seeking a compassionate and motivated candidate to serve as our first Family Care Coordinator. This new position will be responsible for cultivating supportive relationships with the families of Academy members at our Sarasota and Bradenton campuses. The Family Care Coordinator will serve as a beneficial resource between grandparents, parents, siblings or adult children, and our Academy members (adults living with mental illnesses). We are seeking a high-energy candidate who thrives on teamwork and service to others.
EMPLOYMENT OVERVIEW
The Family Care Coordinator will work on-site, alternating between both Academy locations, to provide direct services that support the psychosocial rehabilitation process, with a Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm work schedule. Prior experience working with persons with mental illness or other disabilities is preferred, although not required.
