This position splits time between administration of events for Criterion Rentals and Roundabout Productions in Tessitura, Roundabout’s enterprise CRM. This is a full-time salaried position, with benefits.

    • Creating and scheduling production events
    • Auditing event builds
    • Programming pricing, promotional offers, and scheduling dynamic pricing events
    • Facilitating annual subscription rollovers
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and clients on administration of sales plans and projects for both Roundabout Theatre Company and Criterion Ticketing events.
    • Serving as Criterion’s Client Representative for communications between rental production companies and our team.
    • Communicating requirements for reporting and analysis of event sales
    • Creating and maintaining best practices for processes, reports, and integrations
    • Assisting with wider team projects, including routine data pulls and analysis, and other duties as assigned

This is some of what the Client Services Associate should bring:

    • 1-3 years’ experience in an arts organization, theatre company, or box office.
    • An elevated level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • CRM experience required. Familiarity with Tessitura software strongly preferred.
    • A keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management.
    • Readiness to collaborate and engage with others to problem-solve and manage competing project timelines.

The schedule for this position is 10am-6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday, and 12:30pm-8:30pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is a fully remote department. People who live in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut can apply.

The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. This is a full-time position with the standard Roundabout benefits package that includes medical plan paired with a health reimbursement account, dental, vision, 401k with 5% employer contribution, PTO, LTD, and life insurance.
