CADRE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to provide centralized administrative and operational support. This role will absorb and streamline administrative functions improving efficiency and coordination across the organization.
A major focus of this role is supporting the AmeriCorps RSVP grant, including tracking, documenting, reviewing, and reporting on program activities and outcomes. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations/ AmeriCorps RSVP Project Director the Project Assistant will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data management to support grant success and organizational accountability.
This position also plays a key support role assisting the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator with onboarding, recruitment, tracking, and coordination of volunteer activities.
The Project Assistant works closely with the Operations Director and maintains a dotted-line relationship with the Executive Director to support organizational priorities and leadership functions.
Compensación
This is a part-time position with no additional benefits or perks. There is flexibility of hours with some ability to work from home. Applicant must be local to the San Jose office as some in-person engagement will be required.
