Marketing & Communications Coordinator

• Work with the US Executive Director to lay out and then manage our Annual Marketing and Giver Communications Plan – Impact Calendar
• Coordinate, write and manage appeals as outlined in our Annual Business Plan – at least 5/year
• Review and edit key Giver-facing communications to ensure they consistently reflect HHA’s branding and messaging guidelines
• Coordinate and host key Giver-centric “Thank You & Prayer” calls – ex. our Thanksgiving Call
• Consistently review our website and ensure it is current, updated, and accurate
• Coordinate with our Marketing & Graphics Coordinator, Student Sponsor Coordinator and other staff members to ensure all Giver documents and communications are consistent with our branding and messaging guidelines/terminologies
• Draft and dissimilate monthly press releases to identified targets
• Provide marketing, branding and signage support for our events
• Assist in creating event timelines, checklists, etc. for events
