For 19 years, BrightPoint for Children has served orphaned and vulnerable children living in impoverished communities around the world. We are a 501(c)(3), faith-based nonprofit that administers child sponsorship programs for our international ministry partners. Through education, healthcare, nutrition, discipleship, and community development, sponsorship creates tangible, lasting impact in the lives of children and families. We are a mission-driven organization with a collaborative, in-office team culture.
Position Overview
The Sponsorship Programs Manager (Nonprofit) ensures the accurate and timely execution of partner deliverables across multiple international child sponsorship programs. Success in this role requires strong learning ability, attention to detail, comfort working with databases, ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Deliverable Oversight (45%)
Database Management & Operational Accuracy (35%)
